Many mentioned the beautiful forested sites with excellent privacy among redwoods and pines at great value. Highway noise and lack of electric/hot water were noted concerns, but most found it peaceful overall.

Overnight stay

It was late and almost dark when we pulled in after the days exploring it the Redwoods. Nice campground. There were trails throughout to explore. Great day use area. We were able to fill our water tank as well.

Nice, minimalistic campground

Campground is beautifully carved out in a redwood forest. There are lots of spots nestled in the forest, and pullout spots to accommodate large RVs.

The upsides: spots are spacious and private, there is one bathroom (and several supplemental porta-potties), potable water spigots, and it’s only $20/night.

The downsides: lots of road noise from the adjacent highway, zero electricity (the outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work), and there’s no hot water.

Very quiet place, tall pine trees, nice people.

Very secluded area. People are friendly but quiet and like it that way. Very good spacing and brush/trees to keep you feeling alone.

Very secluded and quite. Considerate and respectful folks.

Considerate and respectful friendly people. Surrounded by tall pines this area is perfect for people who want to get away. Service for visible for Verizon is good I have 2 bars LTE. She has 2 with T mobile.

Super pretty, BRING CASH

No reservations, first come first serve. There were plenty of spots to choose from. No showers but there were bathrooms and many different porta potties around. A bunch of little trails around and even a park. Perfect if you have kids.

The site is beautiful!! Not to much privacy when it comes to your neighbors but being amongst the beautiful trees makes it all worth it 10/10 I will be returning
