Anglers and paddlers working the west shore of Spring Lake will find a pull-through site along gravel County Road 35, just south of County Road 561, with direct canoe and kayak launch access and bank fishing from the site. The area sits within the Mt. Magazine Wildlife Management Area in the Ozark National Forest, and the Spring Lake Recreation Area is visible across the water. The site fits two rigs at truck camper size or smaller, plus a level tent area. No fire rings are present, though past fire spots exist. AT&T and T-Mobile LTE have been reported here. Watch for broken glass on the dirt surface, and use the north entrance for easier access.
