Off a dirt road in the Dragoon Mountains, Cochise provides dispersed camping within Coronado National Forest. Campers access this drive-in site through forest roads that require standard clearance vehicles. The US Forest Service manages this undeveloped area without hookups, restrooms, or potable water.
Sites scatter across the natural terrain with varying levels of privacy between camping spots. Visitors must pack out all trash and follow Leave No Trace principles. Nearby Dragoon Mountains offers another dispersed option just over a mile south for campers wanting a different location within the same mountain range.
