Mobile home park with RV slots

If you are looking for a traditional campground, this is not it. It's really a long -term RV park with plenty of park model campers. It does have nice bathhouses and exceptional laundry and pool, but you won't be roasting marshmallows on your 8 by 10 concrete slab next to your asphalt driveway. If you need a place to park your camper while exploring Tuscon, then it should work out.

Great Place to Stay

There is a good mix of long term residents and travelers here. Good, clean safe place to stay with our son and two dogs. My son LOVED the swimming pool. Not a fancy resort, but a very kind, homey environment. I would stay here again.

Amazing

This is our new home for the next two years! Visited a few RV Parks in Tucson after accepting a job at the VA here and I must say we feel in love when we stayed here! The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the long term residents are welcoming.

Facilities include clean bathhouses, an exceptional laundry facility, and a swimming pool that's particularly popular with families. While not designed as a resort-style campground, the park maintains clean facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. Each site typically includes a concrete slab with an asphalt driveway, though space may be limited compared to traditional campgrounds.

How do Prince of Tucson RV Park reviews compare to other Tucson RV parks?

Prince of Tucson RV Park generally receives positive feedback for its friendly community atmosphere and clean facilities. It's particularly appreciated for its homey environment rather than as a luxury resort destination. The park stands out for its welcoming long-term residents and helpful staff compared to other Tucson options. While some visitors note it's not a traditional camping experience, many value the safe, family-friendly environment. The swimming pool is frequently highlighted as a standout feature. What is the exact location and how do I get to Prince of Tucson RV Park?

Prince of Tucson RV Park is located within Tucson city limits, making it convenient for accessing urban amenities while still providing a dedicated RV community. The park is situated in a residential area that offers easy access to city services including the VA hospital. Its in-town location means straightforward navigation via major roadways, though it doesn't provide the nature-immersed setting of outskirt campgrounds.
