Sitting just off a paved road on Arizona State Trust Land near Maricopa County Park Lake Pleasant Regional Park, North Castle Hot Springs Road Camp gives drive-in campers flat, open sites with room to spread out. Cell service is available on-site. A permit is required: the Arizona State Land Department charges $16 for a Trust Land Recreation Permit, purchased online. Wickenburg, a few miles north, has grocery stores, a dump station, and potable water fill-up at the Fast Mart Chevron. Campers wanting a different setup can check out Trilby Wash Dispersed — AZ State Trust Land to the northeast.
