Great location. Friendly folks.

New campground with clean private showers and restrooms. And at $30 a night a real bargain.
Pull through sites with full hookups and a friendly staff makes this place a winner.

New Campground, All Facilities, Great Deal

This is a relatively new campground less than 1/4 mile from Pipe Spring National Monument. Pull through spots large enough to accommodate the big rigs. Full hookups (except cable). Great price -$22.50 for our stay. They have showers if you camper shower is small like mine. I would definitely stay here again.

Great new. Nice layout. Cheaper and better than others in area

Confusing address as nav app will tell you we are 17 miles from town, so use coordinates to navigate.

Nice, new campground. Neat, tidy 50’ish sites. 16 tent sites. 2 cabins.

All sites pullthru. $25 full hookup. Great ‘community center’. Has laundry, coffee center, kitchen, lockable individual showers, toilets, covered seating area with fire pits Also has tent sites & 2 cabins. Friendly, helpful staff

On Indian reservation, as is nearby gas station- so diesel here is 25 to 50 cents cheaper than I saw in the way. And free bag of ice if you pump 10 gallons

At this price, full hookups in this area is unheard of. We’re 30ft fifth wheel & F250 , and sight was longer than combined 50ft length

Verizon & Starlink worked well. Tried site wifi, usable for email etc, but not an online meeting

Staff is super friendly. Sites are decent but pick well as some are hard to level. Clubhouse, showers laundry all newer and nice. For the price, this is our second time here. Close to Zion NP.

Fantastic

This is really just a basic standard RV park (with tent sites) but we really liked it here. The staff and other guests were so nice and welcoming, and there's a nice clubhouse with a kitchen and sofas and TV and book / DVD exchange.

Laundry is $1.75 each for wash and dry. Only 4 washers and 4 dryers and there was a bit of a backup when we were there doing laundry on a Saturday.

Full hookup sites are just $25/night (half off with Passport America).

Not much cell service in the area but they have WiFi which worked ok most of the time, but I'd say it was unreliable if you need it for work.

Showers were amazing! Clean, nice, individual shower units with shelves for your stuff in the shower. Great hot water and pressure.

There's a dog run which appears to be under construction (the outer entrance cage isn't complete yet, no poop bags or trash bin, no water), but for now there's a large gravely enclosure for your dog to run around in.

Nice tent sites with a big strip of nice lush grass behind them.

Pipe Springs Monument is worth checking out, especially if you have the national parks pass, otherwise it's $10/person.

This is one of the rare RV parks where I'll want to come back to the next time we're in the area.

Very clean & nice views

Very clean laundy area, showers and bathrooms. Nice staff. Awesome rv and tent spots. Dog friendly. Wifi. Beautiful views. Closeish to some of the attractions in the area… North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park and some others.

We went to the Pipe Spring National Monument, which is like 2 mins down the road (if even) and they gave the dogs some cute bling for there collars. (In the pictures)

Beautiful campground with surrounding mountains. About 20 minutes from Colorado City, AZ which has a grocery store. The views are spectacular. The showers, laundry area, and patio areas are well maintained. Staff were great at making recommendations and you can wash dishes or cook in the club house.

Kaibab Paiute Campground and RV park

We stayed here in November so it was nice and quiet. The staff super friendly and helpful. Good wifi looks like they added wifi repeaters throughout the campground. Close to fuel and a convenience store. Nice views from here as well. Of course fairly close the Zion and other great parks.

Beautiful views. Strong wifi.

Sites and roads are dirt/gravel, so, yes, dusty. But it's Arizona, hard to grow grass in the desert, so get used to dust! Views from the campground were beautiful, the pictures I saw online didn't do it justice. Clean and modern facilities. No T Mobile signal, but campground had good wifi, so could make calls over wifi. Staff were very friendly, helpful. Close to Zion and North Rim. Really pretty bike/walking path, makes you feel like your away from everything. Definitely tour Pipe Spring National Monument, right up the road.

Nice Place

Very nice. Very clean. Well maintained and well run. Beautiful setting and will be prettier when the trees they’ve planted get some size. Lots are all gravel. A few sites have picnic tables, but most dont, for some reason, but I’m giving it 5!stars anyway. Inexpensive for what’s offered. Roughly halfway between Zion and the North Rim. Good wifi

Beautiful and quiet

This was a beautiful and quiet place. There is absolutely no cell phone service for Verizon or AT&T. When we first arrived the WiFi was terrible and we couldn’t reach it at our spot. They did however fix it. The facilities are sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly! And you can’t beat the price! $25 a night for full hook ups!

Passport America Discount Made it Worthwhile

We were heading toward Zion NP and needed to enter through Springdale to avoid the restricted tunnel on 9 East. Wide open park with reasonable space between sites. Park tries hard with WiFi, but spotty at best. Otherwise, no Verizon coverage.

Really nice place

We came for a night but when we saw it we extended for 7 nights. The Passport America (PA) discount on the week was enough savings to pay for my PA membership for several years! Very clean showers, restrooms & laundry. We had no Verizon cell service unless we drove up the road for a mile. It was sad to see so many selfish people not wearing masks in the clubhouse despite signs from the sovereign Nation requesting people wear them. Native Americans have been hit disproportionately hard by COVID-19 so please just wear your mask. There is a tribal gas station down the street with good prices - you absolutely will not be allowed in there without a mask.

Great spot - friendly, clean, quiet

Great stop on the way from Zion to Grand Canyon. We just camped for the night but was a great space, good showers and plenty of great shared space including kitchen and patio.

Cheap and clean!

The drive kind of makes it seem to be in the middle of nowhere, it’s on an Indian Reserve. Tent spots were $12 and there were plenty of openings so we weren’t directly next to anyone which was nice but they are set up in a line surrounding a grass area for pets. There’s a recreation center but the kitchen and indoor lounge areas were closed because Covid. Attached is the bathrooms and showers, VERY nice and VERY clean! Overall a really beautiful site!

Beautiful RV park & Staff

This park was such a wonderful respite for us as we journeyed thru SW. Price is amazing at $25 for full hookup- and with Good Sam it was even cheaper. Bathroom/showers/laundry facilities are beautiful. Beautiful patio with comfy chairs and little patio fireplaces. Ping pong table and direct tv and WiFi that works at campsite. I really can’t say enough. We plan on staying a second night after going to see Grand Canyon.

It's called an RV park but they accommodate tents and I'm glad I asked. It was sweltering out, they have a club house that's air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, tables, board games, large screen tv and free WiFi. It was just the break I needed with beautiful clean bathrooms, showers, and pay laundry

Amazing clubhouse!!

Great place, super quiet, it’s in Arizona, but at 5000 feet so it’s not super hot. The clubhouse is like brand new, the staff is amazing!!!! We stayed a week and needed a month to see everything. Close to the Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, and Pipe Spring National Monument + tons more. The best part is when they say the price is $25.00, it’s actually $25.00, no tax, no resort fee, no lodging fee, no extra charge for electricity or shower fee. The only extra charge was a coin op laundry.

I’ll be back!!!
