Ten camping spaces with picnic tables and fire pits occupy this Bureau of Land Management staging area, with clean vault toilets serving the developed sites. Additional clearings extend along the left fork road for campers preferring dispersed options. The campground sits within a larger BLM area featuring multiple pull-offs, though some apparent roads actually serve as UTV trails requiring higher clearance vehicles.
Evening activity remains minimal, with occasional UTV traffic passing around 8pm. Dark skies provide clear stargazing conditions. Campers seeking different amenities can explore Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park Campground, located to the east.
