Liz Sampey

Liz travels full-time as an adventure athlete; racing mountain bikes, doing multisport expeditions, and storytelling through writing and speaking. With a background in physical therapy, she loves educating and inspiring people through movement and outdoor adventure. Liz camps nearly every day, living in her van somewhere in North America or in her tent while exploring remote trails around the world by bicycle.
