vedawoo campground

Beautiful campground! Destination worthy. Lots of trails and rock formations. Pristine vault toilets. Paved sites. No hookups. Come to site with full water tanks and empty gray & black tanks. Located just of Interstate 80 between Cheyenne and Laramie.

We had a nice time while there. The only downside was the wind on the first day and night. Our site was #10 and it was on the higher side of the campground, so not great for a windy day. The views are beautiful and there is hiking and rock climbing available. Another point to consider is the noise from highway 80 during the night, though some.aitea.on the other loops probably would not have the same issue.

so initially i was looking for dispersed spot and came accost this, online there was a camp ground and dispersed spots the camp ground was $25 which i was not willing to pay for so i stayed at the road over. i believe it was a trailhead and a place to stay, no signs or anything but others were camping with us. the campground did look nice sorry i dont have much to stay!
