Virginian RV Park

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Virginian RV Park: Check-in was simple and smooth, and the full hookups worked perfectly. The location offers an ideal balance of mountain scenery and access to town. We were able to walk to nearby bike rentals to do the Teton Crest Trail, and it was easy to grab an Uber into Jackson to visit places like the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar (although you could walk). It ended up being the perfect stop before heading into the mountains for the weekend.

Cozy sites, very clean, staff was friendly. Pull through and back up sites…staff is particular where you park vehicles….most had trailer pulled all the way forward, disconnect if needed and parked vehicle sideways at back. Grand Teton was 11 miles away from south…in Jackson…access to anything you need. City bus stop nearby …free shuttle to get around. Library across street. Lodge in front of of campground is same owner so pool is included.

Laundry room is smaller but okay for park, only draw back is no central walkway…had to go around sites to main road

We really enjoyed staying at the Virginian. Great location and accessible all of the great things to do in Jackson Hole. Great food nearby (King Sushi…if you can get in). We happened to be there during Antlerfest. Very clean and great facilities. Also great friendly staff. While there was no fog run hiking trails are right behind the RV Park. Highly recommended.

Wonder park. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean camp sites. Great location to take in the Jackson Hole Town, Grand Teton NP and Yellowstone NP. Wild life areas are in close proximity. Saying a prayer that the county does not close this camp ground. It would be a great disservice to all the RV travelers.

Way to expensive site for what you get… but there isnt much around to stay…

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was there and worked good. The pool and hot tub were open and due to middle good weather not used. We did. Was fantastic. It's very close to downtown Jackson. We walked with a 5year old kid in 15 Minutes to the mainstreet. Even there could eat in plenty of restaurants. The campsites are not very large and you cant put carpets or campfire. But thats quite fine for being close to the city. Bathrooms, Toilets, Showers were not the latest but kept clean and in shape. Everything good. Lower rating due to very high pricing for everything.

Good location to get to things in town.  Town is very busy with traffic and the whole area is expensive

it’s expensive-$128 and that was the cheapest option but you must expect the price tag around these parts!

i didn’t enjoy my camping experience in jackson overall-it is very hard to find anything and seems to cater more to a different crowd-head toward grand teton for more options!

This campground is in a great spot near all the Jackson Hole happenings. The public bus is also free and the campground provides a schedule and detailed map of the city if you want to utilize that. The bathrooms and laundry room are clean and well stocked, hosts are pleasant and the pull thru site we were in was level and plenty big enough. The Virginian Lodge right next door has a very nice inner corridor with a new pool, 2 hot tubs and plenty of seating areas with fire pits and string lights. It is available for campground guests and open 10-10. The pool is heated and the hot tubs are large, very hot and relaxing. The lodge also supplies big fluffy towels to use onsite. We would love to stay here again for longer, but the price is very high (as is everything in Jackson Hole).

Close to downtown but very expensive, grass not cut, old campground and very small sites. Rude park attendant. She locked the laundry room with clothes still in the dryers. I had to get my half dry clothes out!

We didnt stay but had reservations than cancelled because we were pretty confident we were able to get in to another GC. This review is only to share the price and location. The price per night is $100 a night and it is located in Jackson, but quite a walk to the jackson square which is the hub of everything.

It is the most expensive campground that we been. $ 108 ! Not fool hookups ! The staff was very careless. Not recomend it!

This resort is a great location for visiting Jackson or Grand Teton N.P. We were here during Covid and all the amenities were closed (pool, bathrooms, laundry) they offered a 10% discount. Price was still a little high, but paying for location I guess. Biggest issue is the roads inside the park have HUGE potholes. Drive really slow and watch out!!
