Very clean and Quiet

Really an oasis is in Roswell. Sites are very clean nestled next to an alfalfa field. There are stockyards near by but as the saying goes - occasionally smells like money. Leigh is an awesome host and the facilities are excellent. This will be our go to when we are in Roswell.

Rustic but Awesome

We pre booked our stay (paid on line). Received an email and text on the day we arrived. It’s an open RV park which is nice as we chose our spot. Closest to the mountains (although they are in the distance). Smell of Creosote this morning was amazing. Only here for a night but loved this site. Very basic no pool or hot tub or even a shuffle board court but definitely fit the bill. Restaurant next door circle bar and saloon. Great bar and food is great and reasonable. Highly recommend a stay here if you like basics and friendly people.

SLRV Great Site

Really enjoyed our stay here. Camp hosts are very helpful. It’s quiet. A lot of fishing. Beach access is walkable and just a great place. Definitely will be back.

Expensive Great Location

Overall very nice and excellent location. Staff is helpful and friendly and it’s a walk to the French quarter. There is a park right outside the gate and we were able to run our dogs while we were here. Complex is walled with razor wire on top so we felt very safe staying here. While the freeway is right next to the site it did not affect us at all.

Great Facilities

Campground is next to SR 411. Excellent facilities and staff. We stayed for 3 days and had an enjoyable time. Fished in the pond played corn hole. Ran our dogs every day at the dog park. Will definitely head up there again

Love This Place

Centrally located right outside of Murphy. Stores and restaurants close and Jeep trails near. Went on backroads through the mountains yesterday and ended up in Tellico TN. Great staff clean and very user friendly.

Jake Best - Amazing

Met my son at Jake Best last week. Camp was empty. Very well kept. Trash cans available and very clean toilet. Citico down a small slope. Hiking trail near by and close enough to Tellico if supplies are needed. Recommend bringing firewood although we found burnable wood nearby. Also bring small bills as the fee is $6 per night. This is a very family friendly  primitive campground .  Fire pits and pad for tents. Road is somewhat narrow and last 1.6 miles is unpacked but easy to access. Highly recommended And we will be back.
