Targhee National Forest Reunion Flat Group Campground

Fishing enthusiasts and group campers will find Targhee National Forest Reunion Flat Group Campground positioned along a flowing creek in the Teton Mountains. This Forest Service facility accommodates large groups up to 150 people across multiple parking areas and RV sites that handle rigs up to 40 feet. The campground operates from May through September with reservations available through the standard booking system.

The site features numerous picnic tables and a substantial fire pit designed for group gatherings. Pine forest coverage provides natural shade throughout much of the area, while the adjacent creek offers both fishing opportunities and ambient water sounds for overnight stays. Anthony E. describes the location as a "wonderful spot located in the heart of the Tetons." The proximity to water makes this particularly suitable for groups planning fishing activities or those who appreciate creek access.

Group leaders should note the $17-$100 nightly fee range reflects different group sizes, with smaller parties potentially able to arrange walk-in camping at reduced rates. The campground prohibits pets and provides vault toilets as the primary facilities. For additional options in the region, see campsites near Targhee National Forest. Great for large groups who want to have fun

This campground is perfect for large groups who are looking for a lot of outdoor activities nearby. Fun rivers near the campsite as well as amazing hiking and outdoor adventures with the Tetons right in your backyard. Would highly recommend being here on a night with a full moon. It is so fun to watch the moon come up over the Tetons. Great sunrises as well.

Beautiful spot with beautiful views

Wonderful spot located in the heart of the Tetons. The nearby creek is beautiful, and it's truly a nice area to just get away from it all. Will definitely return!

Great Spot for a Group or only 2

This particular spot was the only one within 50 miles of Cody WY in July, so my friend and I booked it.  It was a wonderful spot to camp.  The site has a ton of tables and a good size fire pit.  I liked the brook being so close and the shade we got from the pine forest.  I think it would be pretty tight for 150 people, but there is parking areas and spots for RVs so it might work.  The camp host was very nice and helpful.  Apparently we would have been able to walk in and ask to camp since it was just the two of us and we were in a tent and avoided the $50 fee.  Overall we were very happy about the site and the proximity to the parks, hiking, the towns (Victor and Driggs), and Cody.
