Serene, safe and well maintained 2 acre property in the Blue Ridge Mountains with multiple camping and RV sites available for short-long term rentals above famous Harpers Ferry. Paved road access to property. 10 minutes from the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers, Appalachian Trail, breweries, wineries, pristine wilderness and some of the East Coast's best fishing and hunting. 5-10 mins easy and quick access to Maryland, Pennsylvania, DC and Virginia. Lovely property with gardens, chickens, sheltering trees, traditional smokehouse and sauna and well-maintained home and outbuildings. 1 non aggressive dog allowed on leash at all times. 1 horse allowed.

RV rental available. Utilities included: water, wifi, 50A plugs, 110v plugs, and greywater dumping. Blackwater pickup available for additional fee (approx $35 from porta potty service) or blackwater dump station 7 mins away. Wood burning sauna and traditional woodfired smokehouse available for use along with firepit and 16' canoe. RV spot is flat and easily accessible. Firewood, farm fresh eggs and seasonal produce available for purchase. Great for families, couples and solo travelers.

Take a left at gate 1 from Mission Rd then the first left onto Red bird Lane. You'll see the address one quarter mile on the right. Park in front of the garage then I'll direct you to the parking spot in back of property.
