Nice Golf Course

Sage Hills Golf & RV Resort in Warden, WA (near Moses Lake) is located right off WA-17, and arriving from the south we turned at the golf course sign and followed the dead-end road up to the campground and golf course parking area. Check-in was a bit rocky: we’d prepaid for end cap pull-Through site 31 (FHUs/ 30 AMP), but someone else was in the site, so after some phone calls and a 45-minute wait we were reassigned to pull-through Site 35 with FHUs and 50 AMP(they said they’d adjust the bill for the change, but that never happened). Per comments during check-in, they seldom monitor their online reservations. Once settled, utilities were centered on the pad, though the electric pedestal sat low to the ground, making surge protector hookup a little awkward but workable. We had 2 bars on Verizon, 3 bars on T-Mobile, and used our T-Mobile Home Internet (about 6 Mbps down); campground WiFi was around 3 Mbps—fine for light browsing and email. Water pressure was decent, there are mature trees but we still could have used Starlink if needed, and the laundry (decent with 2 washers & 2 dryers) and restroom/shower facilities are located on the side of the check-in building. Being near a dairy farm, we occasionally noticed odor and had quite a few non-biting black flies during our stay. There were plenty of areas to walk our dog. The highlight here is the golf course, which was very nice and made the stay worthwhile overall.

Just the most Pleasant Place and People

Lori and Curtis are some of the nicest people we have ever met. They are our hosts and have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Such a fun golf course, restaurant and VERY well kept green grass in the RV park. Will be back anytime we are coming through the area to enjoy this place.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

With gas prices out of control this was a perfect weekend getaway right off highway 17. Immaculately kept RV sites and 20 yards from teeing off. Full hookups, propane refill and a pool. Clubhouse serves food and does have full service bar during golfing hours. (9-5). One hour from tri cities and 15 minutes from Moses Lake or the potholes.

Finally tried this place out! Totally pleased w out visit!

We have been wanting to try this place out and amazing positive surprised. Well groomed golf Course. RV park was very well maintained. We talked to many people and they say they keep coming back. No wonder they r so full all the time!

ALL BIG RIG FRIENDLY RV sights that are min. 50’ and all r pull thru’s!!! Full hook-ups 50/30 amp service and price INCLUDES ELECTRIC!!! Very clean RV Resort! Lots of grass b/n sights. Great sunset views. Golf course is amazing and very challenging. Workers all are very friendly.

OPEN YEAR ROUND ...

You have early morning tee time they will bring a golf cart down to ur space the night before even!

Great food and service at the restaurant... Prime Rib Special every Friday for dinner!
