George Washington National Forest's Peters Mill Run/Taskers Gap OHV System is built around off-highway vehicle use, which shapes everything from road access to campsite layout. Vehicle clearance matters here. Reviewers note that the approach road demands a capable vehicle, and the system as a whole caters to OHV riders and hikers working the surrounding trail network. Those planning a trip can find camping near George Washington National Forest across a range of sites in the region. Little Fort Campground, located 0.3 miles to the southwest, provides an alternative for campers who want established facilities without the OHV focus.
