Recapture Reservoir BLM Dispersed

BLM dispersed camping along the eastern shore of Recapture Reservoir in the high desert of southeastern Utah, with several informal sites spread across open terrain overlooking the water. A short spur off the access road leads to a concrete pad and additional tracks dropping toward the reservoir — the eastern route is the gentler approach, while the western track is noticeably rougher. The access road turns slick in wet conditions, so high-clearance rigs should time visits accordingly.
