Great Central Spot to explore area

Found this spot last minute. It's fancy. Way fancier than we usually pick, but the price was right. It was full when we arrived on a Saturday. But thinned out later in the week I really enjoyed the split between the folks with kids and those without. 3 pools and hot tubs...2 for the 21+ only crowd. There are tons of clean bathrooms woth showers and 3 clubhouses. 2 dog parks...one was HUGE!! Dogs loved it. Views are amazing. It was honestly kind if refreshing to stay in a resort.

Cleanest campground

Mountain valley is very conveniently located in a Heber which is great for visiting Park City, Midway and Soldier Hollow. All the amenities included showers, cable, wifi, pickleball, pool and hot tubs. The park is nice and flat that kids are riding scooters and rollerblading throughout. Nice adult section. Also they show outdoor movies on the weekend and usually have a food truck.

RV Resort!

This was a great place to stay! Had 3 different pools/hot tubs and the pools are heated so they arent freezing. Nice laundry and bathrooms as well. We had a back in site at the end of the row and there was a large grass area and fire pit that was great! Had a large dog park and pickle ball courts too!

Best RV resort we've stayed in

If I could give it more stars I would, 5+++++. We have stayed at many campgrounds around the country and this is by far the best! Amazing staff, beautiful meticulous clean grounds and facilities, which are plentiful as well. Huge level concrete sites, with privacy bushes between, awesome hook ups, WiFi and cable. Trash pick up, huge dog parks, which are best we've seen. We have paid twice as much for far less. The scenery from the campground is breathtaking. I am writing this sitting at the heated pool looking at snow covered mountains. The town of Heber is so quaint and nice. 20 min to Provo and BYU, 25 min to Park City, and 50 min to Salt Lake City. We will definitely have to make this place a stop on our next westward trip. LOVE IT HERE.

Beautiful facilities

The amenities are amazing. The bathrooms are spotless and everyone who works here is very friendly. You hear a bit of road noise which is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Gorgeous and fun weekend

We stayed here in August 2020, it’s less than 70 min drive for us and our first journey in our new to us trailer. We were welcomed immediately upon the drive in, Explained the amenities and given a welcome packet. Our pull through site was perfect size right next to clubhouse, laundry, clean showers and bathrooms. We were also able to rent a Razor UTV on site and took a mapped out 4 hr drive through our beautiful mountains, straight out of the campground. We tell our friends to try this campground and they loved it too! Now they have opened a new section for adults only, with its own separate 21 and over facilities.

Clean and Cozy

We only stayed at Mountain View for one night while passing through, but we enjoyed our stay. The office staff was super friendly. Mark came out on a cart to usher us to our site. He was helpful and provided wonderful advice for the rest of our trip in Utah (Moab). The sites are a bit close, but the campground was quiet and clean.

Our girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The laundry facilities were nice and even had a designated machine for pet laundry. The restrooms and showers were private and clean. The water pressure was high and temp was hot. There was a beautiful fire pit near the pool along with pickle ball and basketball courts.

This facility is near the highway but the road noise wasn’t a problem for us.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice campground

This campground is clean, well laid out and very well kept. The grounds are pretty with grass and trees between each parking pad. There are three pools, three shower houses, and three laundry rooms. This is a great place for kids because there’s plenty of space for them to ride bikes, play basketball, swim, and also a playground. There’s a section that is for adults 21 and older where children are not allowed. The views from the campground are very nice. Fires are not allowed in the individual sites, but the campground has three public gas fire pits. Or if you have your own gas fire pit, they will allow you to use it, but no wood burning is allowed. This campground is close to stores, restaurants and a hospital.

Mountain Valley RV Resort, Utah

One of our all time favorite RV parks. Located in beautiful Heber City, Utah. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and were greeted by a nice man on a golf cart who lead us to where we’d be staying. There is an adult only section if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from kids. The concrete was level and spacious, each with its own picnic table.

They have two dog parks, one of which is the nicest and largest one we’ve seen thus far. The laundry room was sparkling clean and located adjacent to the pickle ball courts and outdoor fire pits. They have an on-site RV wash available and allowed us to borrow an adaptor from them at no charge. We enjoyed an evening in their hot tub/spa. They also have a large pool area near the bathrooms that were the most well maintained bathrooms we’ve ever used on the road. To top it all off, they have a gorgeous fitness center with weights, a treadmill and elliptical available to all guests.

Overall we were extremely impressed with all amenities and the customer service provided at Mountain Valley RV Resort and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area.

Awesome staff!

Stayed in one of the cabins over the winter. Beautiful and cozy cabin with an absolutely stunning view of Mount Timpanagos. Great access to the nice town of Heber City and just close enough to Salt Lake City, Provo and Park City without feeling stuck in a metropolis. The cabin and setting were perfect but what really made our stay amazing was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They always had a friendly smile and gave a wave. Can’t wait to swing by again

Crowded

We went up here to visit family and this place was packed, nice place to feel like you’re really at a resort with the pools, our little cousins made plenty of friends at the playground and pool. But the RVs were really close together and it’s hard to get any privacy. However off is CLEAN, we felt comfortable but we like our privacy when we camp and want to leave the city. However a great stop for a weekend getaway or someone passing through the back way to Moab. Either way it’s almost like staying in your own hotel.

Friendly and immaculate

This spacious RV park has two pools (one limited to adults only), two dog parks (one large enough for big dogs to run and fetch), two sets of pickle ball courts and is spacious and level and nice/ oh, my.

The staff are friendly and lead you to your RV site (and actually collected and filled and delivered our propane tanks). They have a few cabins but are mostly laid out for newer RVs. They ask the age and type when making reservations. Good Sam discounts apply. This is a very nice “the only 5 star “ RV Park in Utah.

Incredible Experience!

This RV park is by far the nicest park I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve had the unique experience of living at this RV park for the last 6 months and my opinion of this place has only gotten better over time. The facilities are very new and always clean, nice big private restrooms with showers, two laundry facilities, two hot tubs and two pools, basketball and other gaming courts, BBQs and fire pits, a small gym and pool hall, and very attentive helpful staff. Huge RV park with a separate 21+ area. If you’re in the area you should definitely come support this place, they really do care about their customers!
