We loved our stay here! There is an indoor and outdoor pool, playground, cool mini golf set up, horses, and a lake for kids to fish in! There is NO service here but the lodge does have WiFi. Afternoons always seemed to get pretty windy too.

At the time they were switching management, dealing with a plumbing issue and working on a squatter problem in the bathrooms at night.

We were here for a few nights. Very close to black canyon national park and downtown montrose.

This KOA was nice, pretty standard for KOA’s. Had a cool bounce pad for kids and nice playground.

We needed a spot to rest for the night and stopped here. It’s an honor system $20/ night. Water and electric and level so we didn’t have to unhook. Right next to the highway and train that runs through the night so if that bothers you I wouldn’t suggest this spot.

This was a great place to stay! Had 3 different pools/hot tubs and the pools are heated so they arent freezing. Nice laundry and bathrooms as well. We had a back in site at the end of the row and there was a large grass area and fire pit that was great! Had a large dog park and pickle ball courts too!

Great staff, dog bone at check in, huge sites, super clean, nice amenities!! This park was amazing!

We stayed here to visit Shoshone Falls and it worked out great. Some cows to the North of the park and semi busy road to the East. Bathrooms in good shape.

Quiet little KOA, off the highway enough it was very serene. Each spot has a nice grass area. Laundry and bathhouses were in great shape.

Nice little RV park. Well maintained and owner was very nice. We had a spot right on the road which is fine for us, but anyone who doesn’t like road noise might want a spot on the backside of the park.

We really enjoyed our time here. We used the pool almost everyday. A lot of long term people here. We did have a package delivered while here and it was very easy. Only a $2/package fee.

The old cars and trailers were cool. There is road noise from the interstate, spots are closr together. Had a nice little store with RV supplies and propane refill onsite which was convenient.

This was just a quick stop for us, but the park was nice, easy pull throughs and quiet.

The owners are so nice and helpful! They really care about the place and it shows. We were here a few nights and enjoyed our time. There was some road noise, not bad.

This is kinda out there with not a lot around, but we went for the experience of the sand so it didn’t bother us. the sandhills were a lot of fun and you can rent sleds to slide down the hills. Get ready to have sand everywhere though!

We had an overnight stop here. Lots of longterm people working in the area, but still lots of open spots. Had an awesome playground, little dog park, laundry, showers, pool, etc. Very cute park.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was quiet and we enjoyed the pools at the park. The bathrooms were dated and worn and some of the main roads were a little bumpy but it was a very beautiful park!

We loved our weekend stay at this park. There are a lot of long term people and a few that seem to rotate. The bathrooms were fantastic and so was the laundry room. Theres a little boat dock and good sized dog park too. The spots are quite close together but we enjoyed the open space at the front of the park.

Beautiful park! Huge green fields and walking paths. Would definitely return. Our site had two different tent pads as well and the parking area for the RV if you have one.

If you have littles this park has one of the coolest playgrounds that is huge and has a little creek running beside it too.
