Buckhorn Draw Campsite #29

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Buckhorn Draw Campsite #29 sits on BLM land managed by the Price Field Office, one of several numbered drive-in sites spaced along the draw. No water, no trash service, no toilet, and no cell signal. The site includes a picnic table and fire ring, and campfires are permitted, though firewood is scarce in the area, so bring your own. Reviewers note rock climbing and hiking access nearby, and the area's low light pollution makes the night sky a genuine draw. Pack in everything you need, including sun protection for Utah's exposed desert terrain, and plan to pack out all waste.

Great spot, very hot between 12 and 5 pm

A great spot, well spaced from other nearby sites, with fantastic scenery, rock climbing, and hiking.

If you come to this campsite remember LOTS of sunscreen, thin long sleeve clothing, and firewood as there is almost none In the area.

There is zero light pollution at the spot, and you are able to see some of the most beautiful night sky’s in the world. Words can’t describe the vast amount of stars and constellations and even shooting stars.

I highly recommend this campsite, but as always make sure you’re prepared!
