Spring Branch RV Park

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Oak trees line the north side of Spring Branch RV Park, where sites are laid out to follow the terrain rather than a strict grid. The park sits directly off Highway 281, which means road noise is present, though reviewers consistently note it does not overwhelm. The south side of the park has less tree cover. This is a full-hookup RV park with paved and gravel roads, 30 and 50 amp electric service, and drive-through sites wide enough to make backing in straightforward.

Cleanliness stands out across multiple reviews. Bathrooms and the laundry room get regular mention as well-maintained, though the laundry room itself is small. The park includes a fenced dog area, a recreation space, and on-site trash and recycling. Cell coverage on Verizon is reported as good, and the park's WiFi is available but runs at slower speeds. Reservations can be made by phone or email, and the park is open year-round.

Julia M. describes a "shady spot, spacious and very level site which made backing in much easier." The turn off Highway 281 is direct, so slowing down early is a practical note worth keeping in mind. Several nearby campgrounds along the Guadalupe River corridor, including Guadalupe Canoe Livery and KBY Riverfront RV Resort, give water-access options for campers who want to combine an RV base with river activities. Spring Branch RV Park works best for RV travelers who want reliable hookups, solid cell service, and a maintained facility in the Texas Hill Country.

Wonderful Spring Branch

OK so I don’t often gush like this but I cannot say enough nice things about this park. Paved roads, clean sites with good power and water everything is surrounded by mature oak trees and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They really take the time to get to know you and they are very helpful and accommodating. This has made the short list of places I want to come back to as a destination

Awesome place to stay!

Friendly, hospitable customer service with great communication up front and during stay. The RV park is very clean. Free Wifi works great and good speed! Great cell service as well. Convenient trash and recycle cans on site. Our site had Full Hookups with the option of 30 or 50 amp. Shady spot, spacious and very level site which made backing in much easier! Asphalt drive through campground and wide spots. Reservations can be made over email or phone. The cicadas were in the trees and"sang" us to sleep. It's right off the highway and we were 3 spots to the highway. Even then, the road noise was not terrible. The turn into the park is directly off of 281, so a good idea to slow down ahead of time! We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Friendly RV Park

Came here for plans to visit family and ended up staying almost 2 months during the COVID-19 virus stay at home order. Simple RV park off the side of Hwy 281. Some roads paved other gravel. Spots on the north side in an oak grove and are laid out to meet the terrain. The south side is not as treed. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. Laundry room is clean but small. Cute recreation areas and a huge dog park area. Good Verizon signal, slow in park WiFi. Hwy noise there but not overwhelming. The owners are fantastic and we were welcomed and given a home during a difficult time. When we come back, and we will, no question we will definitely come back here.
