Lake Texoma is located in North Texas and the Sheppard Recreation Annex is located on the south side of the lake, near Gordonville, TX. When traveling from the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex Area, take I-35 North to Gainesville, Texas, turning east on Highway 82. If coming from Oklahoma City take I-35 south to Gainesville, TX, then Highway 82 going east. From Wichita Falls, travel east on Highway 82 until you come to Exit 624, Whitesboro, Texas, at which time you leave Highway 82 and turn North on Highway 377. Stay on Highway 377 for 16 miles to Gordonville, Texas, you will see a sign directing you to Sheppard Annex, turn left (north) onto Farm Road 901 and follow the signs to the Sheppard Annex.
