Riverview Campground

Located only 7 miles from Downtown Waco and Magnolia Silos District, Riverview Campground provides all the amenities necessary to camp in any type of RV or travel trailer. There are lots of trees or shade to stay cool in the warmer months and a pool available as well.

There’s a pet area, but it didn’t provide doggie bags, so make sure you bring your own. We felt safe and enjoyed the accessibility to the nearby river. The bathrooms are private but aren’t as clean as we would have liked. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the close proximity to Magnolia and the surrounding areas.

Quiet and friendly

This campground seems to be out in the country but behind it our homes. Just like that it is quiet with decent size lots. Some have concrete pads some do not. There are no picnic tables but there are a lot  of trees. The pool is nicely maintained. There is no camp store or anything like that just a spot where you go to check in. The bathrooms are so so but there are not very many of them. All in all We were happy with our two nights and it was about a 15 minute drive into Waco to visit The various sites
