We are surrounded by Hill country, very close to the Frio River and Garner State Park. For the remote workers, we offer outstanding free internet and small office spaces in the clubhouse for privacy. Our laundry facility offers state of the art washers and dryers that operate from debit or credit cards. No more quarters to haul around. Shower facility? We offer clean and new private men's, women's areas that are to die for after floating in the Frio all day. No rv or van to sleep in? We will be offering a heated and cooled covered wagon for you to sleep in. Just bring your own linens. How cool is that? Leaky is just 20 minutes away and Concan is about 10 minutes away for food, drink and being merry. Just watch out for wildlife on your way back to the Pitmaster RV Park.
