Beautiful campsite on the Frio River

I stayed at Camp Riverview the week of Thanksgiving and it's a nice spot. The people are friendly, it's a good spot for kids, and there were plenty of RVs there. It probably gets busy in the summer since the river is right there, but it was pretty quiet in November. A little pricey, but it was worth it for a relaxing getaway. One thing to keep in mind: the main road into the campground has a small river crossing, which was a little tense the first time riding my motorcycle, but it isn't too deep or slippery.
