Best Equestrian Camping near Edna, TX

First time at Iron Horse RV resort, won't be our last!  The grounds are clean and the spaces are wide.  They have a beautiful pavilion and a lazy river.  Saturday night (for the Labor Day weekend) they brought in a band - they were wonderful.  There is a cute boutique on site with adorable clothes, boots and accessories.  Don't miss that!  We had a medical emergency that forced us to leave the RV an additional night and they worked with us and checked in with us just like FAMILY.

This was the perfect place to rest after a long 3 days of travel with a sick pooch. They have everything you would need and more. Disc golf, paint ball, hiking, bike trail, and of course fishing. If that isn’t enough if your there at the right time they have a rodeo complex next door.

Great place to stop at county park $10 a night $25 for water electric $10 for dry camp and golf course 

Randomly found this campground. There are some shaded spots and some wide open areas. All of the rv area is behind locked gates with codes that change. There is a police car that patrols the area. There are trails, a dog park, the lake, wildlife, an event center up the road, a small ball field and .... Wish I had found this earlier in our travels

Our second home. Everyone is friendly and nice, staff and guests. Beautiful campground.

Great staff in the office to work with. Easy reservation and access to it after hours. Good security. Gate code required and security passes through frequently. Beautiful morning views of the lake and many deer in the field every night.

The first-class part was the pleasant and helpful staff who made me experience like a valued guest throughout my stay. I left Brackenridge Park& Campground with unforgettable memories and a rejuvenated spirit. I highly recommend this haven to anyone seeking a peaceful escape and a chance to reconnect with nature. This place truly changed my perspective on camping, and I can't wait to return!

Birds, open and clean air, nice trails to explore. The RV section seemed cramped but the tent section seemed spacious.

We absolutely loved this place! Everything about it was top notch! Lots of space for the kids to play and bike, water access, shade, and clean bathrooms. Nice trails!

Lots of activities: frisbee golf (not golf), sand volleyball, miniature golf, softball, paintball, playground, hiking. Well maintained sites. Very few shade trees at sites, most RVs are in complete sun, but very nice grounds.

24/7 security. Gated access to camp areas. 4 clean bathroom/bathhouse. Putt putt golf. Great fishing lake access. No swimming spot - rumor of gators in water
