Lazy Pelican RV Park

Concrete pads and back-in sites define the layout at Lazy Pelican RV Park, where maneuvering larger rigs requires attention to the compact spacing. The park sits in Crystal Beach, providing direct access to the Gulf Coast shoreline where vehicles can drive onto the sand.

Will J. notes the "owners are really nice and the place feels friendly and clean," highlighting the personal attention campers receive here. Free laundry facilities set this park apart from many coastal options, while full hookups accommodate RVs up to 45 feet. The WiFi maintains consistent connectivity according to multiple reviews, supporting remote work or staying connected during extended stays.

Crystal Beach allows beach driving, making this location particularly appealing for campers with off-road vehicles or those wanting to set up directly on the sand. The proximity to Beach Side RV Park and other coastal accommodations creates a concentrated camping area for visitors exploring the Bolivar Peninsula.

Campers seeking additional coastal options can explore camping spots around Port Bolivar for different amenities or settings. The tight maneuvering space makes this park better suited for experienced RV drivers, while the beach access and owner hospitality appeal to those prioritizing location and service over spacious sites.

Clean friendly place with free laundry.

Owners are really nice and the place feels friendly and clean. They offer free laundry machines which is really cool. I’m not sure I know of many places that do that. All lots are back in and it’s kinda a tight space to maneuver in. We managed fine but it’s definitely something to be aware of.

Awesome Little Park

Love the location. Wifi is pretty good and consistent. Concrete pads. 30/50, sewer, water. But the best part? Great owners. Chris and Bunny are a joy to work with. If you're doing Bolivar, do it here.
