Our amenities includes a laundry facility, WIFI, and a screened in gazebo where you can relax, read, craft, play games, or just enjoy being out in the fresh air without being bugged by mosquitoes. Best place in Bolivar Peninsula

This was such a blissful place to start my Texas snowbird trip. As a solo female traveler in a campervan I felt so incredibly safe and welcomed to this campground. Nancy and Butch are the kindest campground hosts I've ever encountered. They ensured to check in with me regularly during my two week stay, the bathroom, shower and laundry facilities were maintained consistently, and the dog park and closeness to the beach was perfect for my dog's daily exercise. For the reasonable price, I felt this campground delivered above and beyond. If I hadn't scheduled another campground, I would have stayed longer. Thank you to all at Beachside RV. You made my stay memorable.

Best RV Park for the BEST price

My family and I stayed her for a couple months. I loved the community and the friendly hopsilitaty the staff brought us. The dog park is huge and my labrador loves it. The beach is just a short walk there and super easy to get to. We love the quietness of the park also.

Stay for the camp hosts

After a failed attempt to stay on the beach for free (search Bolivar Flats for more details), we ended up at this RV park for a week in late February 2019. The camp hosts Brenda and Ben are awesome! We loved them! They made the experience enjoyable despite the horrible weather we experienced while there. The park is right off the main highway, so there is a bit of road noise, but nothing too bad. A short walk behind the RV park and you are on the ocean. Sites seemed a bit close together, but when we were there, we had no neighbors on either side and it seemed spacious to us. Did not have any trouble leveling and internet access for AT&T and Verizon was solid. We were there for their Mardi Gras parade and that was fun. Did have some issues with the electric, but they helped us out and they were getting an electrician out once the rain let up. They were also putting in a new laundry facility, but we never checked it out. Spots are $40/night or $200/week. Keep in mind, they only consider 6 nights a week. First time I have ever seen that in an RV park. Like I said, the camp hosts were wonderful, and we will go back just because of them.
