Lazy Palm Ranch

Lazy Palm Ranch operates as a long-term RV park in Edinburg, accommodating rigs up to 90 feet with full hookups including sewer connections. The facility sits about 1.5 miles off the main highway down a rural road, requiring a 30-minute drive to reach grocery stores and other services. Monthly rates run around $360 including electric, and the park markets itself as a 55+ community though enforcement appears inconsistent based on recent guest experiences.

Recent reviews highlight ongoing maintenance issues with sticker burrs covering much of the property, making walking difficult for both campers and pets. The park includes amenities like a hot tub, laundry facility, and WiFi, though noise levels can vary significantly depending on temporary worker housing situations. For those exploring South Texas RV options, campsites near McAllen offer additional choices in the Rio Grande Valley region.

Very nice campground with full hook ups

Excellent weather here $360 a month including electric and that’s a full hook up with sewer house great amenities even the hot tub was up and going. Only downside is a half hour drive to buy anything. like food.🤪 very good people in the office here already considering coming back next winter also they have a good laundry facility February 7 they brought in 30 some construction workers. This entire place has gone to hell. They cranked their trucks up at 5 AM but don’t leave till quarter till six constant noise until they leave and then they come back about 630 or seven continuously making noise till 1130 or midnight. They drive through the park like they don’t know where the road is I can’t wait to leave and I doubt now I will ever come back. This part claimed to be 50+, but there’s full of 20 year-old punks not to mention the wild boys on there damn Harley’s day and night vroom vroom

All in all a good quiet place to stay

The campground is located about 1 1/2 miles off the main highway. It is quiet. The help is friendly helpful if they would clean up, the grass burns and the stickers it would be a very nice place to stay, but it’s hard to get out of your camper and walk around because your feet load up with stickers the dogs cannot walk because of the stickers and I mean a lot of stickers

SiteThe site I stayed in was for people that stayed short term
