Ancient poorly maintained park

Park opened 1978. Original plumbing that has broken 6 times or more this season. Electrical system the same. Very few 50 amp plugins. Owner refuses to upgrade to standard 50/30/120 boxes. Outages and glitches often. Pipes very corroded. Few lawns are watered, most dead. Many vacant, poorly maintained units. Many owners aging out and units pulled. Photos posted on their site are from many years ago. Makes it look like park is vibrant and thriving when in reality, it's dying.

Restrooms have NO A/C! It's 100° in Rio Grand Valley from March through Sep/Oct. Owner refuses to spend the money to install A/C. Hot tub pump was out over a month. Several thefts and attempted thefts. No secure gate or security. Thieves drive right in or walkin and help themselves. Few working cameras.

It's cheap, but cheap in many ways. Beware!

Friendly and Fun

Arrived in time for evening of Christmas carols and fellowship. Staff helpful and residents friendly. Older park but we’ll maintained. Plenty of activities to keep you busy.
