Open terrain and no shade define the experience at Back Forty RV Park, which sits just east of campgrounds near Quanah in the flat, arid landscape typical of this part of northwest Texas. Pull-through gravel sites come with full hookups, including electric, water, and sewer, and the park includes a laundry house with shower rooms, a dog park, and WiFi. Rates run $38 to $45 per night. Reviewers note the facilities are kept clean and that the owners have continued to improve the property over time. The setup works best for RV travelers moving through the region who need reliable hookups and a straightforward overnight stop, with Copper Breaks State Park Campground about 12 miles south for those wanting a longer stay with more natural surroundings.
