Poor Managment

I never got to stay. When I called the hotel to ask a few questions the man who answered hung up on me I was on the phone just long enough to listen to him scold another customer who was in his office for having someone over (on the hotel part) Needless to say my husband told me to cancel the reservation and we found a much more cheerful environment to stay at
