No canopy tents allowed outside of camper!

So, the place only cost 305 for a RV site without concrete pad and not waterfront. For concrete pad, it is an extra 50. For water front, it is also an extra 100. The place seems very poorly managed and operated. Staff were very friendly, but clueless about their campground. There is 1 male and 1 female bathroom. Both of them are single bathrooms that include a shower. Bathrooms were very dirty, seemed to have never been used. We tried setting up our canopy right outside our camper since that’s what we use for shade and sitting under, but they told us no Canopy’s were allowed. It is considered a tent, and no tents are allowed at all. The store here doesn’t take card if the transaction is under 10 dollars.

OVERALL. This RV park is mostly filled with people who live here in their RV, and it seems that management likes it that way. Not much of a “camping” feel to it. Everyone around you has huge wooden porches built off their camper. You stick out like a sore thumb camping here. We stayed for a month because we were visiting nearby family.
