Shell - Rock Island

 I decided to stop at the small restaurant here at the Shell station so that I could just get a burger and they have great prices on the hot food usable bathrooms and whenever I told them that I was going to be out back in my bus looking for another place to go to tonight they kindly let me know that I was welcome to park overnight here if I wanted check in so this was so nice to be able to stay and get breakfast in the morning and use a real bathroom.

At around 5 o’clock in the morning, though, they did have some kind of big box truck pull up and unload some stuff for the store here it was really loud and definitely not ideal to wake up to but still having somewhere free to sleep was worth the inconvenience and I doubt that it’s every night thing it just happened to be a night I was here.
