Beautiful spot, incredibly friendly host

We were in town for the WE rock event going on and needed a place to stay. We were able to get a perfect spot for us that was only 15 minutes from the event. Not only were we accommodated but we were shown our options on the property and directed where to go. The campground is absolutely clean, beautiful and well maintained. The owner also sat and talked with us about all the hidden areas to check out that were local! We are a 40’ rig with a tow behind and we had plenty of space! If we are passing through we would absolutely stay again!

A Great One Night Place

If you are just passing through or if you plan to explore and spend very little time at your campsite, this is a good place. It’s new, clean, and well maintained. I agree, the owner is definitely a good one. If you’re looking for shade, a little sense of privacy, or that woodsy camping feel, this definitely is not it. Sites are jammed in. For us, just a place to break up trip home. I didn’t even unhook trailer. Would definitely use it again for that purpose.

Awesome owner

There isn't much here but the owner's hospitality makes up for that! There a few pull throughs sites that have full hookup then a row of electric & water sites. Dogs allowed but like always you have to clean up after and be a good dog owner (not letting them out alone, not letting them in the pond) you know the usual. There are horses on both sides of the park, the owner feeds them will allow your children to feed with him (pretty cool I thought) The sites themselves are kinda small but we have a huge rig (43") so most sites are small to us. There's not much for kids to do but he doesn't mind a blow up pool as long as it isn't in the grass. There's also a scavenger hunt he put out that's super fun!! The only reason I believe it's 4 stars is because I usually like parks that have more for children. Great park, will be coming back

Easy to find, beautiful views, friendly host.

Love the Rail Road Depot / Shower house and theme of the campground. Local camping supply store across the street and a walmart just down the road that came in handy. Love the scenic views. Campground owner is helpful and responsive. Will visit again.
