Great Spot!

This great location also has outstanding amenities and easy access to the I-40. All spots are pull through, gravel, and neatly set up. The WiFi is free and excellent. We were welcomed warmly and escorted to our space. The facilities are modern and immaculate. We only stopped for one night, but we would love to return for a longer stay.

Excellent place

This place is new and well taken care of. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. We stayed overnight as a halfway stop both directions on a trip. Both times the office staff called to see if we were okay since we were running past office hours.

The office is beautiful. The kids playground is great. The bathhouse is amazing!! I’ve stayed at many campgrounds and I think this is the cleanest bathhouse I’ve ever seen.

There is a nice outside pavilion for common use. Full hookups at our site. Easy in and out and easy to get to from the highway. Only poor thing I can say is that the spots are not level. But otherwise this place is a 9.5/10!

Great park!

We are a week into a month long stay and I can’t say enough great things about this park. It’s close to restaurants and shopping, and many places to hike. The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. There is a great dog trail and a fenced dog run. Close to the interstate, but not too noisy.

Clean, quiet, accessible to Intertstate 40

This RV Park is brand new. The office is beautiful- complete with a conference room & "home-office" type room with computers if needed. The bathrooms are spectacular and sparkling clean. They have a hand built fireplace under a large overhang near the office. Great space for grilling or hanging out. Surround sound speakers play music for your enjoyment on the patio. Buddy sites are available. Nightly and also monthly rates offered. There is an adorable playground for the kids. Rumor says there is possibly a splash pad coming soon. We stayed with family who live at this campground full time. No tent sites, but it's possible in the future. This is right off of I-40 (less than 10 min after exiting). It's also close distance (10-15 min drive) to many stores, gas, restaurants, etc. Just under 2 hours from Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge. It rests at the base of the Great Smokey Mountains. Owners are there frequently and super involved. Everyone was friendly. This is a nice family campground & was very quiet. Well lit at night for anyone needing to venture over to the bathrooms as well.
