Sleepy Bear RV Park

Looking for a quiet, roomy place to settle in for a month or longer on the Cumberland Plateau? Sleepy Bear RV Park is a small, family-run long-term park just off US-70 between Crossville and Crab Orchard, with quick access to I-40.

We keep things intentionally small, with just 21 oversized lots, so you’ll have plenty of space for your rig plus your tow vehicle or trailer. Each site comes with full hookups (water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electric), a picnic table, a fire pit, and a privacy fence between sites, so it feels like your own spot rather than a parking lot. Big rigs are welcome.

Pets are welcome too, and there’s a large open field out back that’s perfect for letting the dog stretch its legs. A walking trail and garden area are in the works.

Sleepy Bear is a convenient home base for exploring the area: Ozone Falls and Cumberland Mountain State Park are a short drive away, and Crossville offers groceries, restaurants, and some of the plateau’s well-known golf courses. Whether you’re working in the area, between homes, or just want a peaceful place to stay a while, our owners are hands-on and responsive to guests’ needs.
