State Park

About two hours west of Nashville and East of Memphis, you’ll find 48,000 acres of rustic wilderness and 32 lakeside cabins at Natchez Trace State Park. The cabins are situated near Pin Oak Lake and Brown’s Creek Lake. Cabin guests can enjoy a multitude of trails through the forest and fields and along the lakeshores and streams of Natchez Park. The park offers activities for cabin visitors of all ages such as swimming, boating, biking, fishing, and horseback riding. Hunting and ATV riding is accessible nearby on WMA land. In addition, the cabin visitors have access to the museum, picnic facilities, gift shops, and the park’s restaurant located inside the Lodge at Natchez Trace. Whatever your adventure, you are sure to find it at the Natchez Trace cabins.

Our favorite TN campground

GPin Oak Campground (there’s actually 4 campgrounds in the park). Large sites that aren’t crowded in together. Full hook ups, lake access. Cabins also available.
