Great place to pass through.

Caney Creek is right off the highway and offers a lot to do. We only passed through the area but wished we were staying there for longer. The pull through sections are very large to easily accommodate rig plus TV,

Cater to long term and permanent campers

Very tightly packed and about 90% or more full timers. Only one small bathhouse and tiny laundry room for over 300 spaces. Under construction to add 60+ more spaces. Vehicles are parked everywhere, making maneuvering through the park very dangerous. Pool was nice, site was fairly level, people were not very friendly, and no internet or cellular service.

Pretty nice place

Seems to be a lot of permanent or seasonal campers here. Spots are a little tight but concrete and pretty level. At our particular sight the sewer was toward the front of the sight but I had enough hose to get to it. Amenities are nice, there is a pool and pavilion, paved walking trails, shuffle board, basketball court, and boat docks and fishing pier. Our loop didn’t have cable but I believe the others do. The WiFi is spotty at best. Staff and long term campers seem friendly.
