Would not recommend

The camp is basically a gravel road . Spots are extremely tight and not designed well at all . I would rather boon-dock at Walmart then stay there. Very poor customer service. They will not even pick up your trash bag . Other parks we have stayed at help you with your propane tanks by picking them up at your site taking them and fill and return to your site. NOT HERE. You remove your tank , you haul it and set in a unsecured area and come back the next day and pick up. The tanks are heavy and I pulled my back out lifting them back in place. All the while camp staffers blazes past on golf carts constantly. They never stopped or offered help .Senior citizens appreciate helpful friendly service. This park is non customer friendly or helpful on several levels Piss poor . Don’t go

Great location

Many improvements have been made since last year. The pull thru sites have been widened and are more accommodating for larger RVs. They are working on adding a few more pull thru sites as well. The sites are gravel and mostly level. All sites are FHU. They do offer short term monthly rates which are back in sites that have a little more room. There are 4 rustic cabins available, and the bathhouses are reserved currently for those guests only due to COVID. The laundry room is only open Fri-Sun. There are no fire rings on the sites, but you can rent a fire pit with a screen. There are also community fire pits for everyone to enjoy. There is a playground, hammock hut, and game area for the kids to stay entertained. The owners, managers, and staff are all great and you can see the hard work they are putting in to continue to upgrade this campground.

Clean, Family Friendly Park.

We stayed here twice as our first stops leaving “home” when we started full-timing this summer. Both stays were quite, with plenty of things to explore around the property.

Pro’s: The back-in and full time sites have ample space for those looking for a longer stay, but the pull through a usually aren’t full so they provide decent space as well. Activities everywhere! There are pavilions and out buildings setup with games, hammocks, and all kinds of fun family-friendly things to see and do.

Cons: The grounds were “under construction” while we were there so there was occasionally some tractor/dozer noise. Some sites were unavailable due to them being revamped.

Collectively it was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly, and even put us in a nice long term stay when there was a booking error, so we ended up with a huge spot near the creek. I only take off a star due to spacing of the sites, but I would stay here again.
