Great location

I was in a roof top tent and it was great showers where the only thing that was wrong there just a bit untidy. The bar is great to meet travelers and they have live bands at the weekend would recommend.

Maybe not for Tenters?

Reception although very nice wasn’t very informative. Told me I could pick…. Well there was flooding for the day before and it was going to rain tomorrow sooooo I found out the hard way that Thetent sites are either close to the road or in flooding areas….The laundry and possibly bathrooms are shared with the locals. Which I’m ok with, but I’m not ok with. Not when kids are around. Park was right next to it and I just didn’t feel safe…so weird. This place seemed more for RVs and catering to the locals at the restaurant? River sites seemed cool though

Great trip

This was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed it! The kids loved playing and fishing in the river and swimming in the pool. The restaurant on site had good food! They had bands on Friday and Sat night. They have a few nightly waterfront sites! Some of the sites can be tight. Ours was pretty spacious.

Very Nice RV Park

Very clean and we'll managed campground. Sites are a little close in some areas, but are nice. WSE at leach sure. There are cute cabins and a tent area. Great restaurant on site with music on weekends with local bands or DJs. New Owners have worked hard to improve the park. There are no permanent sites, but they do have seasonal sites. Everything from pop ups to big rigs can be seen. Nice clean pool and rest rooms. Clean well equipped laundry. Park is close to hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and larger and small towns. Huge playground ajoins the Park. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Close to Williamsport

This was a nice campground to stay at when in the Williamsport area. Only issue I had was the sites next to the parking lot are a little too close together and the parking lot itself gets over run by cars coming into the restaurant. Was a little difficult pulling out with the trailer to leave on a Sunday morning. Other sites in the campground where spaced out nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Camping

I would recommend this campground. It's very peaceful and relaxing. Tent site was a good size. We had water and electric. Pricing was reasonable. The pool was very nice.. along side the river is nuce to be by.. Campground employees as well as other campers were a delight to be around. It's neat that there is a restaurant in the campground too.

Wonderful place!

Staff is very friendly. Cool mining for kids. Live music. Great food/bar. River was low and slow so we dropped in at Montgomery boat club instead of Muncy. Took about 3 hours with a lunch stop on island. Nice spots right next to river where we set up lawn chairs in river and let the kids play. Sites are smaller and it was dusty but we will definitely go back.

A Campground

This is a nice place to stay by the river. There is no on line reservations. Every site is really tight. And the fire pits are just about sitting on the road. If your fire is too big look out that you don't catch your vehicle or camper on fire 🔥. It's that close. They do have a small bar that has bands on Saturday night. The biggest problem with that is the bar is not complying with state regulations for covid 19. Every bar stool was filled and outside with the band locals and campers with out ppe. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Short weekend adventure

Tail end of our vacation came with a camping trip! We went to riverside and the weather was perfect! The bands were great both nights. We all took the kayaks out on the Susquehanna River that runs behind the property for a sunny paddle. Came back and went to a wine fest, in the park that is right next to the campground, bought some root beer moonshine (which is AMAZING) then ended the night with hamburgers music and a friendly (competitive) game of corn hole. Riverside is such a great place for a short weekend away.

Hidden Gem

This was a surprise. We met the owner (Tina). The check-in has a separate room, which is attached to a restaurant / lounge. Check-in was effortless and efficient. We had campsite 19 - pull through with full hookups (50amp, cable, water, sewer). The site was nice and long. Even though they have had a lot of rain in this area, our jacks did not sink into the ground and the site was pretty level. After setting up, we went to the lounge. Missy was the bartender. Superb service - very friendly. We ordered dinner. Both were good.

Although we are only staying one day, I will certainly make this a stop the next time I am in the area.

FYI: RV Parky review only gives this location a 3 star with 3 reviews. These are new owners as of 2018. I recommend new reviews be given priority over the old ones. They offer a lot of entertainment (live music until 10PM on Friday and Saturday) and daily specials during the week. The locals were friendly... Give it a try...

Rained out but still fun!

We unfortunately got stuck in infamous Northeast PA weather but we made the best of it. There were thunderstorms and campsite was a little flooded but we were still able to camp. This place is a cute little campground that allows dogs and has a bar right on the property. We enjoyed beers and live music and the next day turned out decent and we were able to enjoy the riverside camping ⛺️
