We only started one night, thank god bc we would have left early. Long term residents made it not so private and made us quite uncomfortable for our family about d the campground and pool. Cabin faced the long term residents as well and was right in front of the dump station. Just uncomfortable feeling. I am so thankful that we decided not to tent, we would have never slept with the speeding, loud trucks on the highway. We could hear all of it through the walls of the cabin. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else 😬😬😬😬 Front desk woman was the only thing that was nice.
Bathrooms are cold and it’s vault toilets. Biking rentals were close by and I’ll def be putting this campground on my yearly trip list. Just beautiful. I don’t like that a lot of people ruin and don’t listen to simple rules.
Need to bring my kayaks next time and gosh some more, but this is my fave campground. Super chill. My site was awesome and HUGE very private
The bathrooms were very clean! Walking to them was another ordeal. Again, campers can be disrespectful and I wish the rangers came around to silence noise. Site 2 can be taken over by site 4, which is also what happened.
The only grudge I usually have are with the campers who don’t respect the others. Site 33 has access to the water, be prepared for people to walk onto your site. Bathrooms needs updating
The Campground is beautiful! The sites are big and the sleeping pad is perfect. Bathrooms Clean, peaceful.
To be honest, I’m not sure Id pick the same site again; Which sucks! We had a lot of people walk onto our site coming up from the stream. I wasn’t happy about that, especially since there are rivers and streams surrounding the whole Campground and Park.
This Campground is my favorite campground by far and Ive only spent 15 minutes here. Customer Service was amazing!!! And most of us have been on the Road for long periods of time so it’s important.
Really Nice Campground. There is some construction going on, on the lake but I’m sure it’ll be ready for summer. Bathrooms were very clean!

I wish I had more time. The Ranger (a man) was so helpful. I loved every minute of being there.
I usually Tent Camp so the Cottage was nice. Had a stack of wood waiting for me and light and heat on. The campground is very nice but I’m here in the off Season and so heard it gets crazy. So much to do. We will be back!!! Bathrooms were not the best. But maybe bc it was off Season?
I had such a good time here. Rangers took care of some flim flam as some people got really loud.. Shades of death Trail was awesome and it was just beautiful here. Bathrooms were very clean.
Love Ridley and their trails. However, there is only group tenting here. I would stay over in a heartbeat though as Im always here! 💕💕

This was my first camping trip, campground ever. I was very spoiled by these owners! Pool was great, camping store had everything and did not gauge prices. The trucks at night were troublesome the first night…but I have found that sleeping in a tent you will hear cars from very far away anyway. Grab some ear plugs. I also felt safe here, the owners do rounds with wood and I see them around a lot. If so had any questions, They just went above and beyond for me and mine. Hope some of you stay here sometime.
It was very nice! Canoeing schedule could need some organizing? Had a blast! Will be back River sites were my fave but you will have people walking on your campsite.

Reception although very nice wasn’t very informative. Told me I could pick…. Well there was flooding for the day before and it was going to rain tomorrow sooooo I found out the hard way that Thetent sites are either close to the road or in flooding areas….The laundry and possibly bathrooms are shared with the locals. Which I’m ok with, but I’m not ok with. Not when kids are around. Park was right next to it and I just didn’t feel safe…so weird. This place seemed more for RVs and catering to the locals at the restaurant? River sites seemed cool though
Great for kids. My son had the time of his life, bathrooms were accessible for us renters. Saw my FIRST bear here, will never forget this place 🤗🥰🤗
