Tucked into the Tillamook State Forest west of Gales Creek Campground, Browns Camp sits within Oregon State Forests managed by the Oregon Department of Forestry. Sites range from shaded spots under tree cover to more open, sun-exposed areas. Noise is a factor here. OHV and dirt bike traffic runs throughout the day, so campers sensitive to engine noise should plan accordingly. Full hookups, including electric, water, and sewer, make this a functional base for RV campers visiting the area April through October, with campsites near Oregon State Forests available for those wanting a quieter alternative.

Browns Camp OHV Campground accommodates off-highway vehicle enthusiasts by offering 28 first-come-first-served campsites and 1 reservable group site. Facilities are open April 1 through October 31 with first come first served designated drive-in site for $20 per night.
This is an Oregon Department of Forestry operated campground.
Currently, only the group site is reservable for $50 per night.
Maximum occupancy for the group site is 24 people.
Please be aware that group sites have a roughly 15'x50' parking area.
All vehicles must park within site boundary.
Discharge of any firearm, pellet gun, bow and arrow, slingshot, or other weapon capable of injuring any person, bird or animal is prohibited.
