Sagehen Rest Area

Sagehen Rest Area operates as an overnight parking area along Highway 20, accommodating RVs up to 45 feet with ample space for all vehicle types. The facility features modern restrooms and picnic tables with shade, though previous amenities like septic dump stations and fresh water fill-up stations have been removed. A hiking trail runs behind the rest area for campers wanting to stretch their legs.

The site allows pets and maintains ADA accessibility throughout the grounds. Campers should note that while drinking water remains available, the water fill station is no longer operational. For additional overnight options in the region, Riley Store Campground provides a different camping experience to the west.
