Good location friendly staff

I’m the kind of person that doesn’t like having to call and talk to someone to make a reservation. I love instant book feature! But I saw decent reviews for this place and it was in an area I wanted to visit so I took a leap. The staff were great, very friendly, seamless reservation! I was able to get a spot for the same day for a few nights. I was running into travel delays and their office closes early but they were able to accommodate late night arrival
which turned into the next day arrival, but without issue. They were kind enough to call me in the morning just to make sure I was OK.

This is nothing over the top for RV parks, but it’s the kind of place I would consider doing a long-term stay. The place is clean, quiet, friendly, great location for me to go explore the Oregon coast, dunes, and the Umpqua River. I don’t even know what else is around here, but I’m about to export and have a great homebase.

Quiet, private, and clean

Nice and quiet despite a number of campers quite close. Lighting isn’t great on the roads, so pulling in at night and trying to see the small street signs was a challenge. Spots are very level with trees in between each, so despite being in close proximity to neighbors still feels very private.

Great RV park, wifi, close to the beach

Small RV park, easy to navigate through, super helpful staff. Decent wifi and convenient mini mart. Each site has a small picnic table and fire ring. They offer restrooms, showers, and a laundry facility but I didn’t use them. Fairly quiet aside from some periodic road noise, overall peaceful setting. My favorite aspect was the walking proximity to Heceta beach(10 minute walk). The beach is very expansive! If you head South you can walk down to the jetty and a section of sand dunes. Only 10 mins drive from Old Town Florence for a nice selection of boutique shopping, restaurants and coffee places.
