Hammond Marina RV Park is a small, full service, quiet park that is located adjacent to the Hammond Marina. The Park is close to the historical Fort Stevens officers quarters, Columbia River observation point, and the biking trails at Fort Stevens State Park.

The park is a favorite to fisherman who find the convenience to their boats and the launching facilities unsurpassed. Hammond provides moorage for sport fisherman and boaters who return year after year for the salmon fishing and the moderate temperatures at the coast.

Hammond is a small town of about 550 people. The town was incorporated into the City of Warenton. The town provides the essentials of groceries and restaurants including the Bouy 9,within walking distance of the Park. The ocean beaches at Battery Russell and the south jetty observation point are about 3 miles away.

Simple RV park, great views

Convenient to Astoria, Seaside, Fort Stevens State Park. No hookups, but the campground is mostly RVs. Good last minute option when everything else is filled.

Go for the View

This is as simple as it gets. A single portajohn for the whole camp ground. There’s an electronic pay kiosk which charges for day ($10 I think) or overnight ($40)use. You can only camp where the yellow posts are, which is about half the area. The best thing is the view. We saw a couple cargo ships sail through during our stay and the place was quiet. It was also our last resort as every campground in the area was full, but it turned out alright.
