Horrible but cheap

This place is terrible, no kitchen, market with stable operating hours, all restrooms locations need updated its not 1970's anymore, guard shack nasty with cats hanging around, showers dirty, poo left in toilets, food trucks expensive, staff not professional, front row trailers looks like sanford lives there, quiet hours never respected nor enforced, ponds dirty and frog scum covered, roads with craters size of golf carts...just to name few...but its cheap to stay here!!! $40 or so night or around $400 month...
