Quiet retreat

Nice campground with decent showerhouse and service. This is campground houses a lot of permanent sites but doesn't ruin the experience.

Very friendly and helpful, Good place to stay one night

The campground is filled with mostly seasonal campers and the campsites are very close together. There are large trees on the property for shade. There is a very small pond which is used for swimming and fishing, but did not look inviting to me. In general the campground had an untidy appearance but it was clean and everything worked. The man who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. He led us to our campsite, helped my husband back in, and encouraged us to call for any problems.  We would stay here again if passing through for one night, but wouldn’t enjoy it for an extended stay.
