Ivory Clay Farm

Ivory Clay Farm operates as a small working farm campground with full hookups for RVs, located in the rural countryside outside Trinity. The property provides electric, water, and sewer connections along with basic amenities like drinking water access and trash service. Site availability appears limited, with reviews indicating just one camping spot that may accommodate long-term tenants.

Communication with hosts can be inconsistent, as one camper reported arriving to find their reserved site occupied and unable to reach the property owners by phone or text. The farm setting does offer opportunities for bonfires, wildlife observation, and stargazing according to the owners. Campers seeking campsites around Trinity may want to confirm availability and contact hosts directly before arrival to avoid potential booking conflicts.

Disappointing

We reserved the site via The Dyrt months in advance. We arrived and found that the host wasn't at home and the one site they had was occupied by an obviously long term tenant. The host's phone went immediately to voicemail and texts were unanswered. We were able to scramble and find a site at another site several miles away. Not the way we wanted to start our trip. We will be expecting a full refund after this fiasco. Lesson learned - contact the host before you leave home.

Duane, So sorry for the inconvenience. I had not even seen the reservations from The Dyrt show up in my calendar or I would have reached out to let you know the spot was reserved. The campers we have just arrived this past Thursday. I did respond to your message via text. The Dyrt should refund your money as I have never received anything from them. Again sorry for the inconvenience.
