This camp is well spaced out even though it’s busy. It’s quiet and has a playground and good fire pits. Laundry and bathrooms. My only complain is we couldn’t shower. They didn’t have shower heads. The water just shot out like a water hose and was cold. The views was amazing especially sunset and the rocks along the water are magical. Places to fish too! And 15 minutes from Niagara Falls!

We visited out of season so pools and other summer facilities were closed for season. Perfect location if visiting Niagara Falls or Buffalo. Family with children should visit during summer season. Lots to do.

Scout08 2024 We had our first experience here July of this year. We loved it so much, we came back in August. We had several sites, couldn't get one for the entire time each time, and we loved them all. Sites are fairly open and you see all your neighbors, but they are roomy, you certainly aren't on top of one another. Sites are sunny, works well for solar, some are partial shade. The bathrooms and showers were always clean. The camp store is cute and has essentials. The staff are pleasant, as are the campers. There is a shuttle to Niagara Falls, during the summer, it is free, and drops you at several locations. There is even a pool drop off that is free for campers, very nice for the kids. There are playgrounds and the kids seem to have fun. Quiet time is that, quiet. Some sites overlook the lake, but I'm sure those are gone early in the year. I recommend this place for all people, young, old, tents, rigs.
GuideSites are were nice and big but not private at all. I was in site 300, it was like a large lawn with a tree, which was great for shade. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table. Not a lot of privacy. Really nice bathrooms nice showers. Amazing being so close to Lake Ontario.

Check-in was quick and easy. Our site was spacious, clean, and pretty darn level. Bathrooms were dated, but pretty clean for the amount of traffic. Water was hot and had great pressure. We were there for @KingdomBound2024. The campground was 6 minutes from Darien lake Amusement Park. We will definitely be back next year.
ScoutIf you have any concerns about their park or services they will immediately avoid you like the black plague!!! It's almost like they have things to hide, or don't want to justly return not even $1 that they are not entitled to. Running away from customers says a lot about their lack of professionalism, level of maturity, lack of integrity after they get paid, and the possible false statements they are making in their advertisements. To make a long story short, I did not receive all the services that they were supposed to deliver after paying them. The petting zoo is also questionable and one that should be looked at by PETA. Never going here again.

We have stayed at both a full hook up and a no hook up site, and both were roomy and clean. The park is awesome. I absolutely love the memorial park .

ScoutWe went for a quick weekend trip with 3 people and 4 dogs. What a great spot! We were nice and secluded, which was great for the dogs to run around, be safe, and not bother other campers. It was relatively easy to find and the campsite is pretty close to Zoar Valley for a nice day trip! We will definitely be back :)

Describing this as a family campground is an exaggeration. The majority of structures in this area are semi-permanent, consisting of campers with non-mobile buildings attached. These constructions are in a state of severe degradation. Several of the residential areas require cleaning.

This campground is clearly well-maintained. Everything was tidy and clean, from our campsite, laundry room, showers, bathroom, camp store, and walking paths. My only complaint is that all campsites do NOT have a view of Lake Ontario. However, it’s just a short walk to a nice grassy area to overlook it. There were several more tent sites available, but this is definitely a campground that caters to seasonal campers/RVs. Only 25 min. outside of Niagara Falls so we were able to get there early. Also, the owner was very responsive.

During my visit, I noticed a predominance of semi-permanent structures, many of which were retro bowl attached to campers in a state of extreme disrepair. This detracted from the campground's appeal, as it gave off an unkempt and neglected atmosphere rather than a pristine outdoor retreat.

Love the campgrounds and beach. However, this year the restrooms were disgusting!!!. We were here for 3 nights and the same washcloths were on the floor all weekend. Sinks and counter never cleaned, mouse feces were everywhere. Even after going in right after the 2 young girls were done "cleaning", it looked like it was never touched except toilet seats were up and trash empty. Was really disappointed. We were in the last loop.

TravelerI stayed here one night in a tent just passing through, it was a week night and there were lots of people camping but still lots of open sites. they had a good mixture of more open or more secluded spots. The beach is beautiful! The bathrooms were clean! It’s a quick easy drive to Niagara Falls. It was the perfect place to stop going after going through Canada from Michigan!
ScoutI loved everything. The sites are neat. We tent camped with no electric. $23 per night. Fishing allowed in the pond. Bathrooms with showers were spotless. Grass maintained. One small complaint is checkin and out times not enforced. Checkin states 3 pm but we saw many checking in as early as 8 or 9 AM. We could have gained a whole day! Next time!
