Cold Springs Camp Resort

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Reservations are recommended at Cold Springs Camp Resort, a privately operated campground in Weare, New Hampshire, where nightly rates run $69 to $130 and the season runs May through October. Sites accommodate RVs up to 64 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer. Tent campers can find walk-in access, though multiple reviewers note that tent sites are limited in number, so those arriving without an RV should book early.

The campground is heavily oriented toward family recreation. Seven pool areas include two hot tubs, a toddler pool, an adults-only pool, and three family pools. Organized activities such as bingo and hayrides round out the schedule, and the property also has a small cafe, a camp store, a laundry facility, and a rec hall. Shawn D. describes it as having "very clean and well maintained grounds and buildings," a sentiment echoed across multiple reviews. Gated entry with a key card adds a layer of security.

One policy worth noting before booking: the campground enforces a maximum of two adults per site. Groups of more than two adults would need to reserve separate sites, which can add up given the pricing. Showers are coin-operated. Pets are allowed, and WiFi is available on-site. Nearby alternatives worth considering include Autumn Hills Campground to the southeast and Lost Boys Hideout to the northwest. Cold Springs is a strong fit for families with children who want structured activities and resort-style amenities alongside their campsite.

Such a clean campground!

I have to say one of the best campgrounds in New England. All of the bathrooms, showers, site and other places were all clean and well cared for. We had a nice site by the pond. It was peaceful while still being busy withe plenty of kids. They have hundreds of sites, mostly seasonal but gives you nice walk to see the place. The pools were really nice and again clean. They have a snack shack with breakfast, lunch and dinner. A well stocked store with very nice staff. It was our second stay and will not be our last.

The only thing that wasn't great was the WIFI and cell service isn't great.

All Around Exceptional

This place is just great! They have clean, flat sites, easy to navigate and get our fifth wheel in. The facilities are spotless. There are numerous pools and hot tubs, activities and the people that work there are just the nicest! Our kids were never scolded for being loud and neither were the adults. We have booked our return trip already and can't wait to go back!

Almost all good

I have been camping here for my entire life. As a kid and teenage seasonal. Now as an adult I camp here probably once or twice a year with a tent.

This place has just about everything a campground can offer. Organized bingo, hayrides, large pools, an adult only pool, hot tubs, a pond, etc.

My biggest gripe is the limit of 2 adults MAX per site. As an adult with no kids I would like to bring along another couple once in a while that also enjoys camping. This would require me to get a 2nd site from the already very limited tent sites available. With Cold Springs being on the expensive side for sites, allowing 4 adults should be allowed.

They already allow 2 tents and 2 vehicles per site, but arbitrarily restrict to 2 adults.

What More Could You Want From A Camping Resort!

So many amenities, you just couldn’t get bored if you tried to. Beautiful, extremely clean bathrooms, reasonably priced little cafe, big camp store, very friendly staff, 4 outdoor pools & pretty big campground that has a gated entry/exit that needs a key card pass you get upon registering. The price per night is a little more than we what we usually pay but we are okay with that considering the environment. There’s a little beach area, too. The showers are coin-operated. Laundry facility & rec hall are awesome. Only con is the there aren’t a lot of tent sites. We like variety and trying new places almost every summer wknd however this one is a family fav & we return often every summer :)

Awesome, family campground!

Very family centric, 7 pools which (include 2 hot tubs, a small 2x2 pool for kiddos, 1 adult only pool and 3 family pools). We went for halloween weekend in August and their haunted house was incredible for a campground! Nicely landscaped although the roads are very narrow. Made it hard to back in our spot. Will be coming back!
